Megan received both her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her clinical focus includes working through a variety of traumas (including childhood and religious trauma), managing depression/anxiety, managing neurodivergent diagnoses (such as ADHD, ASD, or OCD), LGBTQ+ concerns, and life transitions. Megan believes in the importance of tailoring treatment to the individual client's needs, and strives to create a safe, comfortable, and casual environment for her clients. Using a combination of different evidence-based treatments, Megan takes a holistic approach to treating and managing mental health issues and is centered around helping adult clients achieve and maintain a healthy balance between their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

Emily received her Bachelors of Science with a Minor in Family Studies and her Masters of Arts in Counseling with a focus in Clinical Mental Health. Emily has experience with and a passion for children and teens, but also enjoys working with all populations. She takes a holistic approach, paying attention to every part of a person’s life. She also loves helping parents and children navigate their relationship with one another, making for a healthier home life.
Emily‘s clinical focus includes attachment work, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, parenting concerns, relationship issues, behavioral issues, neurodiversity, self-esteem, and personal identity. She can also offer Christian-based counseling upon request.

Lizzie obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. With experience in both residential and community mental health settings, she is dedicated to creating a warm, authentic, supportive, and empowering environment for her clients.
She enjoys working with a diverse range of populations, with a particular passion for supporting couples (heterosexual, LGBTQIA+, and polyamorous couples), adolescents and adults. Her clinical focus includes attachment issues, relationships and intimacy, LGBTQIA+ exploration, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, substance abuse, anger management, relationship trauma and family of origin work.
Central to her practice is the belief in cultivating self-compassion, which she integrates into therapy to help clients develop kindness towards themselves, challenge negative self-talk, and build resilience.

Bre holds a Master of Education in School Counseling and an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S) from Lincoln Memorial University. While her educational background started in school counseling, Bre is now a dedicated mental health therapist. She uses a strengths-based approach to empower clients, emphasizing their resilience and unique abilities. Bre also integrates art therapy, evidence based strategies, and tailored interventions to provide a space for healing and growth.
Bre works with children (5+), teens, adults, and couples—including LGBTQIA+ couples—providing guidance through life transitions, grief, and trauma. She specializes in fostering strong communication between partners, helping couples build trust and navigate challenges together. Additionally, she is passionate about supporting survivors of domestic abuse, offering them the tools to rebuild self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, and rediscover their independence. Luke specializes in supporting individuals navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, OCD), anxiety, depression, family enmeshment, complex trauma, entrepreneurial stress, religious trauma, and compulsive or addictive sexual behaviors. He works with adults and adolescents aged 12 and older. Inspired by his own mental health journey, Luke earned a Master of Arts in Counseling with a focus on Clinical Mental Health and is committed to creating a nonjudgmental, welcoming, and safe space for clients.
Luke incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, REBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Having earned his ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) credential, he is committed to staying ahead in strategies for supporting neurodivergent clients. Luke believes therapy should be dynamic and adaptable, evolving to meet each client’s unique needs.

Melissa is EMDR-trained and integrates evidence-based approaches, like CBT, to foster lasting growth and self-compassion. She encourages clients to see diagnoses as a framework for understanding their experiences rather than as defining limitations. She acknowledges the systemic nature of human life and recognizes how external factors shape mental health and focuses on addressing the root cause for lasting change.
