
Ninoshka “Nina”, is a master’s-level clinician. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Interamericana of Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. Nina works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting teens and young adults with emotional regulation, identity development, and substance use concerns. Nina also enjoys working with individuals from Hispanic and LGBTQ+ communities, offering culturally responsive and affirming care.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and person-centered principles. Nina integrates evidence-based interventions with practical coping strategies clients can apply in their everyday lives. She strives to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and thoughtfully challenged as they build insight, confidence, and emotional balance.
Clients often describe Nina’s sessions as supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental. Together, you’ll work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change developing healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
