Rachel Geren, LPC-MHSP

Rachel received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Master's of Science in Clinical Counseling from the University of Tennessee. Rachel is a compassionate therapist with experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. With a deep understanding of the human psyche and relationships, Rachel is committed to providing holistic and evidence-based therapy to her clients. She believes in the power of collaboration between therapist and client, working together to create meaningful change.

Throughout her career, Rachel has enjoyed helping those who struggle with grief, depression, OCD, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, low self-esteem, and personality disorders. Rachel utilizes a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Existential therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) among other techniques, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. She fosters a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, identify patterns, and develop effective coping strategies.
