
Megan received both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her clinical focus includes working through a variety of traumas (including childhood and religious trauma), helping high-performing individuals navigate perfectionism and burnout, managing depression/anxiety, navigating neurodivergent diagnoses (such as ADHD, ASD, or OCD), LGBTQ+ concerns, and life transitions.
Megan believes in the importance of tailoring treatment to the individual client's needs and strives to create a safe, comfortable, and casual environment for her clients. Using a combination of different evidence-based treatments, Megan takes a holistic approach to treating and managing mental health issues and is centered around helping adult clients achieve and maintain a healthy balance between their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
