Amy holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and works with individuals across various life stages. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and childhood trauma with compassion and clarity. Amy is passionate about helping people explore their emotions, build resilience, and experience meaningful personal growth in a safe, supportive environment. Amy has experience working with individuals who are in, or recovering from, relationships marked by narcissistic abuse, helping them rebuild a sense of self, develop healthy boundaries, and restore emotional safety.
Amy also enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly children and young adults navigating ADHD and autism. She works with clients and families to foster healthy coping strategies, enhance emotional regulation, and cultivate self-confidence. In addition, Amy offers premarital counseling, guiding couples in building a strong relational foundation, enhancing communication, and navigating potential challenges before marriage. For those seeking a faith-based perspective, Amy offers Christian counseling. She also creates space for clients who are questioning, exploring, or working through religious deconstruction, offering support with empathy and without judgment.
