Clinical Supervision for LPC, LCSW, and LMFT Candidates in Tennessee
Are you a recent counseling or social work graduate working toward licensure? Sonder Behavioral Health provides supportive and professional clinical supervision to help you gain the skills, confidence, and hours needed for full licensure.
Supervision is available in individual, triadic, and group formats, providing both personalized guidance and peer learning opportunities. With a focus on clinical growth, ethical practice, and professional development, we help new clinicians feel equipped to serve their clients while advancing their careers.
Sonder can also assist with the temporary license process in Tennessee, making it easier for you to begin seeing clients and building your career while working toward full licensure.
*For LPC candidates, we are approved to provide up to 75 hours of supervision, in alignment with our LMFT training and scope.
Pricing
Clinical Supervision
- Individual Supervision (1:1): $100 per hour
- Triadic Supervision (2 supervisees): $65 per supervisee, per hour
- Group Supervision (3–6 supervisees): $40 per supervisee, per hour
Consultation Services
- Private Practice, Business, and Leadership Consultation: $150 per hour
