Samantha Dickens, LMFT | Founder

Megan Hayes, LPC-MHSP, NCC

Megan received both her Bachelors of Science in Psychology and her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her clinical focus includes working through a variety of traumas (including childhood and religious trauma), helping high-performing individuals navigate perfectionism and burnout, managing depression/anxiety, navigating neurodivergent diagnoses (such as ADHD, ASD, or OCD), LGBTQ+ concerns, and life transitions. Megan believes in the importance of tailoring treatment to the individual client's needs, and strives to create a safe, comfortable, and casual environment for her clients. Using a combination of different evidence-based treatments, Megan takes a holistic approach to treating and managing mental health issues and is centered around helping adult clients achieve and maintain a healthy balance between their emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

Emily Chadwick, M.A., MFT

Emily received her Bachelors of Science with a Minor in Family Studies and her Masters of Arts in Counseling with a focus in Clinical Mental Health. Emily has experience with and a passion for children and teens, but also enjoys working with all populations. She takes a holistic approach, paying attention to every part of a person’s life.  She also loves helping parents and children navigate their relationship with one another, making for a healthier home life. 


Emily‘s clinical focus includes attachment work, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, parenting concerns, relationship issues, behavioral issues, neurodiversity, self-esteem, and personal identity. She can also offer Christian-based counseling upon request.

Lizzie Nichols, LPC-MHSP(T)

Lizzie is a trauma-informed therapist who brings warmth, realness, and deep respect for each client’s lived experience. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has provided care in residential treatment, community mental health, and private practice settings. 


Lizzie is dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. She works with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples of all structures (monogamous, polyamorous, LGBTQIA+), and has a particular passion for helping people navigate the messy, meaningful parts of being human. 


Her clinical focus includes ADHD, anxiety, neurodivergence, relationship and intimacy struggles, religious deconstruction, sexual shame and dysfunction, substance use, and the lingering impact of childhood trauma or family of origin wounds. Lizzie also has experience working with men and women who feel pressure to keep it all together on the outside while silently battling grief, disconnection, or internalized shame. She understands how patterns rooted in attachment, trauma, or identity can show up in relationships, and helps clients untangle those patterns with compassion and care.


Her therapy style is eclectic, flexible, and grounded in both evidence-based and holistic approaches. Lizzie draws from modalities such as attachment theory, somatic work, parts work, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral interventions. At the heart of her practice is a belief in authenticity, relational safety, and cultivating self-compassion. She works alongside clients as they reconnect with their truth, challenge old narratives, and move toward more empowered, fulfilling lives.

Bre Smith, LPC-MHSP(t), NCC

Bre is a warm and grounded therapist who specializes in helping children (6+), adults, and families in working through trauma across the lifespan, anxiety, depression, school/career stress, neurodivergence (ADHD/ASD/OCD), divorce, anger management, sex addiction, behavioral issues, relationship challenges, and couples' issues (heterosexual and LGBTQ+). She is also experienced in parent-child therapy, co-parenting support, and helping individuals heal from perfectionism, codependency, and people-pleasing tendencies.

Bre is trained in EMDR and incorporates a blend of evidence-based modalities to empower her clients and assist them in reaching meaningful, lasting therapeutic goals. Additionally, Bre provides individualized support to those navigating pre/postpartum challenges, survivors of domestic abuse, and military families.


Bre believes in the importance of a personalized, high-caliber therapeutic environment. She strives to create a calm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore and process their experiences and work through deeper issues. She partners with each client to meet them where they are while helping them build healthy habits and develop practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, resilience, and self-acceptance.

Rachel Geren, LPC-MHSP

Rachel received a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and a Master's of Science in Clinical Counseling from the University of Tennessee. Rachel is a compassionate therapist with experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. With a deep understanding of the human psyche and relationships, Rachel is committed to providing holistic and evidence-based therapy to her clients. She believes in the power of collaboration between therapist and client, working together to create meaningful change.


Throughout her career, Rachel has enjoyed helping those who struggle with grief, depression, OCD, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, low self-esteem, and personality disorders. Rachel utilizes a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Existential therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) among other techniques, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. She fosters a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, identify patterns, and develop effective coping strategies.

Luke Lanzoni, M.A., LPC-MHSP(T)

Luke specializes in supporting individuals navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, OCD), anxiety, depression, family enmeshment, complex trauma, entrepreneurial stress, religious trauma, and sexual behavior concerns, including pornography addiction and compulsive sexual patterns. He works with adults and adolescents aged 12 and older. Inspired by his own mental health journey, Luke earned a Master of Arts in Counseling with a focus on Clinical Mental Health and is committed to creating a nonjudgmental, welcoming, and safe space for clients.


Luke incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, REBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Having earned his ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) credential, he is committed to staying ahead in strategies for supporting neurodivergent clients. Luke believes therapy should be dynamic and adaptable, evolving to meet each client’s unique needs.

Melissa Orr, LMFT (Formerly Woodby)

Melissa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s in Family Studies from the University of Tennessee—where she still proudly bleeds orange.


She works with older adolescents, adults, and couples, creating a safe and supportive space for healing. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, attachment issues, relationships, and self-esteem. Melissa is EMDR-trained and integrates evidence-based approaches, like CBT, to foster lasting growth and self-compassion.  She encourages clients to see diagnoses as a framework for understanding their experiences rather than as defining limitations. She acknowledges the systemic nature of human life and recognizes how external factors shape mental health and focuses on addressing the root cause for lasting change.

Amy Feiten, M.A.

Amy holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and works with individuals across various life stages. She supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and childhood trauma with compassion and clarity. Amy is passionate about helping people explore their emotions, build resilience, and experience meaningful personal growth in a safe, supportive environment. Amy has experience working with individuals who are in, or recovering from, relationships marked by narcissistic abuse, helping them rebuild a sense of self, develop healthy boundaries, and restore emotional safety.

Amy also enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly children and young adults navigating ADHD and autism. She works with clients and families to foster healthy coping strategies, enhance emotional regulation, and cultivate self-confidence. In addition, Amy offers premarital counseling, guiding couples in building a strong relational foundation, enhancing communication, and navigating potential challenges before marriage. For those seeking a faith-based perspective, Amy offers Christian counseling. She also creates space for clients who are questioning, exploring, or working through religious deconstruction, offering support with empathy and without judgment.

Chasity Goddard, M.A., MFT

Chasity brings warmth, curiosity, and balance into her work with clients. She helps children, adults, couples, and families strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and move through conflict with greater understanding and connection.

Chasity has provided care in both residential and community mental health settings. Her background allows her to support clients through a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and family transitions.


Her therapeutic style is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping clients feel seen, supported, and capable of meaningful change. She draws from Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Structural Family Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Integration Training (AAIT) to help clients uncover patterns, improve communication, and deepen emotional connection.


Chasity is passionate about helping couples and families navigate the hard work of growing together, while empowering individuals to heal from the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. She’s currently pursuing certification in AAIT and plans to continue advanced training in Gottman Method Therapy.

Ninoshka “Nina”, is a master’s-level clinician. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Interamericana of Arecibo, Puerto Rico, and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.

Nina works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting teens and young adults with emotional regulation, identity development, and substance use concerns. Nina also enjoys working with individuals from Hispanic and LGBTQ+ communities, offering culturally responsive and affirming care.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and person-centered principles. Nina integrates evidence-based interventions with practical coping strategies clients can apply in their everyday lives. She strives to create a space where clients feel heard, supported, and thoughtfully challenged as they build insight, confidence, and emotional balance.

Clients often describe Nina’s sessions as supportive, honest, and nonjudgmental. Together, you’ll work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change developing healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
